Rights and obligations of customers

While applying the customer is obliged to:

Signing an agreement and a license contract the customer is obliged to:

Fulfil all conditions of certification of products in the Certification system UkrSEPRO;
Provide conformity of the delivered products to all requirements of the normative documents on products, indicated in the certificates of conformity as well as samples that passed tests for the purpose of certification;
To inform in advance UkrTEST of Ukrmetrteststandard about all improvements (modifications) of products, changes in its construction (composition), technology of production, methods of testing and control, rules of accepting that are planned. As to the certified indices, to realize planned modernization (modification) and other changes only under approval of;
Inform UkrTEST if the products are not manufactured longer than 6 months;
On request of UkrTEST to present samples of certified products for the check tests in volume of technical surveillance;
Keep record of all reclamations (claims) to the certified products under the certified indices, to inform immediately UkrTEST about them, to take appropriate measures on removal of causes that lead to them as well as to record measures that were already taken;
Pay in the established order all expenses connected with the work on certification of products and technical surveillance in accordance with the accepted scheme.

The customer has the right to:

In case of disagreement with the results of certification to lodge an appeal to UkrTEST, Ukrmetrteststandard or National certification body of Ukraine concerning any discrepancies arising during certification of products;
Use the information connected with the certified products for the purpose of advertising, in this case he/she is obliged to:
Make statement about certification only concerning certified products;
Do not use the certification of own products in such a way that will worsen the reputation of UkrTEST and do not make any statements concerning certification of products that can be regarded by UkrTEST as incorrect or incompetent;
In case of cessation or abolition of certification to stop usage of all advertising material that have any reference to certification and return the documents on certification on request of UkrTEST;
Use certification only for indication that the products are certified on correspondence to the requirements, established by the standards;
Guarantee that none of certificates or reports or any part of them is used incorrectly;
While referring to certification of own products in the informational means such as documents, brochuresoradvertising materials to follow the requirements of UkrTEST.
