SE «Ukrmetrteststandard»

Personnel Certification Body was accredited for the conformity with the requirements of the international standard ISO / IEC 17024 for the next term of the certificate of accreditation. The accreditation was carried out by Latvian National Accreditation Bureau (LATAK), which is a multilateral treaty signer on mutual recognition of accreditation within the European Cooperation on Accreditation (EA MLA) in the accreditation of test, calibration laboratories of the organizations in charge of certification of personnel, production and quality systems.

Certificate of accreditation № LATAK-S3-308-02-2005-A with the validity term up to 17.05.2014 confirms that the Personnel Certification Body of the State Enterprise All-Ukrainian State Research and Production Center for Standardization, Metrology, Certification and Consumers’ Rights Protection (SE «Ukrmetrteststandard» ) is competent according to the requirements of LVS EN ISO / IEC 17024:2003, to carry out certification in the following scopes:

Personnel Certification Body of SE «Ukrmetrteststandard» - it is the only personnel certification body in the quality sphere in Ukraine, whose competence is confirmed by the accreditation at the European level. The accreditation allows carry out works according to the European scheme of personnel accreditation.

Obtaining of the accredited certificate of competence, which is equal to the certificates issued by the international personnel certification bodies accredited members of EA for the conformity to the ISO IEC 17024, will allow auditors to be in demand at the European market of certification services.

For the internal auditors for quality management systems obtained certificate of competence of European type can be an important evidence of the fulfillment of the requirements of ISO 9001 on the competence of personnel at any stage of development, implementation and improvement of quality management system. Increasing of the competence of specialists from all sectors of economy in the quality sphere will contribute to the promotion and competitiveness of the domestic products.
