Obligatory certification is carried out in accordance with List of products subjected to obligatory certification in Ukraine or Technical regulation.

Obligatory certification (conformity acknowledgement) is carried out on correspondence to the requirements of normative documentations, specified by legislative acts of Ukraine or normative documentations, included into the List of products subjected to obligatory certification in Ukraine, approved by special authorized body central authority for conformity acknowledgement.

Import on customs territory of products subjected to obligatory certification is carried out in accordance with “Order of customs clearance of imported products (goods), subjected to obligatory certification in Ukraine”, approved by Decree of Cabinet of Ministry of Ukraine of 14.05.2008 №446.
