SE «Ukrmetrteststandard»

State Enterprise “Ukrmetrteststandart” provides the following information:

• out of the measurement equipment supply State register fund;
• out of the fund register organisational and methodical documents concerning metrology (regulatory legal acts in metrology field which are registered by the Department of Justice of Ukraine, procedure of measurements, verification methods, state metrological certification programs and methods, recommendations, etc.);
• out of the Document Center fund;
• concerning nomenclature and the cost of carrying out measurement equipment supply verification and metrological certification;
• concerning lines and timing of conferences and seminars;
• concerning metrology specialists probation.

Services and consultations connected with the following actions

• carrying out documents’ expert examination connected with state scientific metrological centers and territorial body of Gospotrebstandart of Ukraine, metrological services central executive body, enterprises, establishments, and organizations authority (certification) (Department 15)
• expert examination and adjustment of statutes about metrological services on the enterprises (organizations) (Department 27)
• carrying out expert examination of technical aids documents in order to refer them to measurement equipment supply; (Department 28)
• Insertion procedure of measurement in State register and organizational and methodical regulatory documents connected with metrology register;Department 15) (
• Providing metrological services of central and local executive authorities, local government administrations, enterprises (its consolidations), establishments and organizations irrespective of their form of ownership and activity category which are on the territory of Ukraine and also citizen entrepreneur (further customers) with metrological regulatory documents; (Department 15)
• Accounting of the enterprises, organizations and physical person entrepreneurs whose activity is connected with measurement equipment supply producing, maintenance, realization and renting; (Department 27)
• Carrying out auditors in metrology attestation; (Department 15)
• Holding of seminars, meetings, Research and Practice Conferences, specialists probation
• Measurement equipment supply software certification according to RMU 021-2006 (Department 26)

Preparation and publication of the following documents annually: (Department 15)

• Regulatory legal act compilation of Ukraine and organizational and methodical regulatory documents concerning metrology;
• Indicator of measurement equipment supply inserted in State register of Ukraine;
• Recommendations. Metrology. Time rate publication of measurement equipment supply verification (RMU 008).
• International metrology review.
